Tim Womack received his BA from Austin College in 1985, before attending Texas Tech School of Law, where he received his J.D. degree in 1988.

Tim has been engaged in private legal practice since 1988 with a focus in the area of civil litigation. In more recent years the primary focus of his practice has been in the area of Family Law and Family Law litigation.  Tim is licensed to practice in all Texas State Courts, the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Texas, the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit and the United States Supreme Court.  Tim is Certified as a Civil Trial Advocate by the National Board of Trial Advocacy.

Tim has been named Texas “Super Lawyer” as published in Texas Monthly Magazine for 2006, 2007, 2008 and 2009. He is a Life Fellow with the State Bar Foundation, is a Former President of the Gregg County Bar Association (1996), and served on the Gregg County Civil Rules Committee.
